5 February 2025

  • Printable Invoices from Horizon: This update allows storefront users to print an exact copy of the invoice generated in Horizon directly from the storefront. An exact copy ensures customers receive a standardised document.

4 February 2025

  • TIMS API APP Key: This update introduces a TIMS API APP Key, which will accompany all requests (except for live pricing and live inventory, that will be deployed in the next couple of weeks) to enhance the security and tracking of EvolutionX communications with the TIMS ERP.

    We’re also introducing enhanced logging capabilities, providing better visibility into API activities. This improvement will help with troubleshooting and tracking integration performance. Read more...

  • DDMS User Role Permissions: It is now possible to override default rules like item swaps, budget checks, credit checks, and past-due checks using user roles for enhanced control. Read more...

    • Alternate/Substitute Settings: Configure various item replacement types (e.g., discontinued, customer-specific, preferred) with preset codes for tailored inventory management.

    • User Role Overrides: Permissions allow bypassing budget, overdue, and past-due credit holds, enabling smoother order processing despite constraints.

  • Precision Toggle for Decimal Display for Live Pricing: We now support the display of up to 9 decimal places on the storefront (e.g., 12.345678912). Default behaviour will maintain the existing experience where prices are displayed with 2 decimal places. Read more...

  • Vpress Coreprint: We've enhanced the Coreprint integration, allowing orders created in EvolutionX to trigger workflows in Coreproduction upon submission.

5 January 2025

  • Enable credit card payments for TIMS split orders: This toggle will be disabled by default, maintaining the existing behavior where credit card payments are not permitted on split orders. However, when the toggle is switched ON, credit card payments will be allowed for split orders within the tax lookup, providing additional payment options to users.
