The Live Rewards integration enables you to effortlessly connect the rewards program set up in your ERP system with your EvolutionX store. This integration ensures that all rewards-related dataâsuch as points earned, redeemed, and customer loyalty detailsâsynchronize seamlessly between your ERP and your store, providing a unified and efficient experience for both you and your customers.
Available integrations
This feature is currently compatible with the following ERPs:
EvolutionX
Enable setting
1. Navigate to Store Settings > General > Store Preferences.
2. Select the Products tab and scroll down to the Live Pricing section.
3. Locate the toggle labeled Live Rewards and switch it on.
â ď¸ Note: Live Rewards should only be enabled if Live Pricing is already activated in your store.
Redeemable Items
When Live Rewards is enabled, most Rewards-related configurations will be managed through your ERP system and will no longer be accessible in EvolutionX. However, redeemable itemsâproducts customers can obtain using pointsâmust still be configured within EvolutionX. To set these up, navigate to Customers > Rewards and select the items available for redemption. On the storefront, the amount of points required for each item will be determined by your ERP system.
Live Rewards widget
To display information about points in your store, you can utilize the Live Rewards widget. Once Live Rewards is enabled, a specific widget will become available based on your ERP system:

Storefront
Products that offer points upon purchase, as specified by your ERP system, will display a badge indicating the number of points customers will earn. The message on this badge can be customized in EvolutionX translations using the key erp.rewards_earn_points
