Branch Finder
EvoX provides an intuitive branch finder page that integrates with Google Maps and includes individual pages for each branch. These pages display opening times, images, a map of the location, services offered, and even employee profiles. In this way, our ecommerce platform enables businesses to showcase their physical locations and provide customers with an optimal shopping experience both online and offline.
Enabling Branch Finder Features to the Store
This is a pre-release feature and must be enabled for your store by our EvolutionX staff. Ask our team to add the branch-finder-collection pre-release to your store.
Enabling the branch-finder-collection to your store so will enable:
public preview settings per branch
Click and collect features including:
collection toggle per branch
setting inventory locations per branch for collection
collection slots configurations per branch
Activate Google Maps Integration
To activate the Google Maps integration, head into the App Store to find and select the Google Maps App. Inside this app, you'll need to provide your API key from Google. We've included a walk-through in the App to help you do this. Or you can go here for the official documentation:
Create a Branch Finder page.
Create a custom layout
Add the Branch finder widget
Create a content page and name it Branch finder (or something similar)
This will be the basis for your branch finder page.
Set the layout to the custom layout you just created.
Setup your Branches
Fill in the Public View tab to get your page up and running. It will automatically show on your Branch finder.
