How to edit the inbound email address for Sales, Orders, Returns, Info and Accounts

When a customer places an order on your EvolutionX store or they have a query for example it's possible to direct these to different email addresses that you may have set up. This way you can ensure it's going to the correct person inside your business!

Naturally, you'd need to make sure that the email addresses you'll be adding are actually live (and working!) but aside from this all you have to do is update the relevant section and those emails will be flying straight to the correct person.

You can set up the following inbound email types:

Sales
Orders
Returns,
Info
Accounts

Just head into the admin panel and go to Store Settings > General > Branches 

Scrolling down the page you'll see a sections called Emails

When you've finished editing, remember to hit save and it's done! 😊
