In our continuous effort to provide a more personalised and efficient user experience, we are excited to introduce the Current Account Display Format feature. Located under Store Settings > Store Preferences, this new section allows users to customise the appearance of the header, menu, and account switcher select options for both parent and child accounts.

Accessing the Current Account Display Format Settings

  1. Navigate to Store Settings: Log in to your account, hover over the Settings icon on the dashboard, and click on Store Settings.

  2. Select Store Preferences: Within the Store Settings menu, find and select Store Preferences to access customisation options.

  3. Locate Current Account Display Format: Scroll to the Current Account Display Format section to begin customisation.

The Current Account Display Format allows you to personalize the top bar and the account switcher popup for easier navigation between parent and child customer accounts.

Customise your Current Account Display Format using the following variables. These will be replaced with your customer's information:

  • %customerName% - Customer's name
