One of the leading tools available to enhance web accessibility is Audioeye. Audioeye is a powerful solution that makes your website more accessible and compliant with various accessibility standards. This step-by-step guide will walk you through integrating Audioeye with your website through our App Store.

Fully integrated into your EvoX store. Ask our Sales team to add it to your contract. Then you can simply turn it on via the App Store and be instantly running top quality Accessibility features for your customers.

Compliant with the latest standards: "W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 success criteria for levels A and AA. Our goal is to help you achieve WCAG 2.1 AA conformance, which is the international industry standard." - Audioeye

Step 1: Locate Audioeye in the App Store

Begin by logging into your Admin dashboard. Navigate to the App Store section and search for the Audioeye app.

Step 2: Configure the App

Upon selecting the Audioeye app, you’ll be presented with the app configuration options. Here, you can customize:

  • The Toolbar Location

  • The Toolbar Color

  • The Toolbar theme (Light or Dark)

These settings ensure the tool is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, blending seamlessly into your site.

Step 3: Installing the App

After configuring the app to your liking, click 'Save and Install.' Doing so will automatically create a new content page on your website, featuring your accessibility statement and a button to activate the Audioeye toolbar.

Next, head over to the Menu Manager, either by utilising the links on the App description or by manually navigating through your Admin dashboard, to add this newly created accessibility page to your site's navigation. This ensures that visitors can easily find and utilize the accessibility features.

Step 4: Experience your site's enhanced accessibility

Now that everything is set up, visit the accessibility page on your website and click the button to activate the Audioeye toolbar. This toolbar provides users with a suite of tools to tailor their browsing experience to their needs. Tools include:

  • Adjustments for text size & font types

  • Color contrast & shift settings

  • Cursor enhancements and guides

  • Page navigation guides

  • and more...

By integrating Audioeye, you're not only making your site more accessible but also improving the user experience for all visitors. This step towards inclusivity can significantly enhance the overall perception of your brand while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
