Introduction
The ERP user address type default is a store preference settings that allow dealers manage the type of address ERP users can create. This gives dealers the flexibility to enable ERP users create their own addresses which the users can manage and use in checkout.
Setting Address Type Default
The address type default can be enabled from the Store Preference option on the Store settings page
Store Settings → General → Store Preference → Display
The address type default have two options to choose from:
Global: Selecting global means addresses created by ERP users can be used as either the billing address or the shipping address in checkout
Shipping: Selecting shipping means addresses created by ERP users can be used only as the shipping address in checkout
ERP Address Restrictions
With the Address type default settings enabled, addresses managed ERP will not be editable anymore by the user (Read Only)
