We all hate landing on that dreaded page "Your search did not match any products". Just a blank page with nothing to help you find what you are looking for.
Now you can create a full unique experience for them by fully customizing what the customer sees when their search doesn't return results.
What to do:
Simply create a custom layout with all the widgets and messaging that you want the customer to see.
👍 Important: Don't forget to add in the Filters widget for when a user is drilling down into a search.
Once you are ready you can navigate to Appearance >> Layout Settings. Scroll down and you will see the dropdown that allows you to pick your custom layout.
