Most of the time your transactions will be straightforward and follow all your normal business flows. But every once in a while you will be in a new situation that will require a bit more flexibility.
With manual payments you can apply a payment to an order that you might have taken offline or may have come from another workflow or error in your normal transaction processing.
Apply a payment
Choose the manual payment, then select the type of payment to apply. You can choose from any of the payment options or set a custom manual payment. This will then allow you to add a payment for any of the payment types that you have available on your store.
👍 Important: Once a manual payment is applied to an order or quote the payment status is automatically set to Paid.
