Updating contract end dates in bulk

Here's how to update your contract end dates. Find out the handy solution, when these have expired!

It is the beginning of the New Year, so you may find that some, or all, of your contracts are now out of date. So instead of going into each of them, one by one, and changing the date, here is what you can do!

  1. Go into Pricing. To select all, or some of your contracts, use the tick boxes below. Once you begin ticking these, you will see the number of ticked boxes reflected as '' (number) Selected". If you want to select all the contracts on the page, just tick the white square next to ''ACTIVE''.

2. Once you have selected these, click on the Selected drop down. You will see an option for ''Update Expiry Date''. Insert the date you wish to change for, and Save. Job sorted!

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Pro Tip: By default, each pricing page will only show 25 results. If you want to extend the results to 100 for example, scroll to the bottom of the page and change the option, as per screenshot below.

You are done! You have now updated all your contracts πŸ‘πŸ‘
