Tracking promotions in Google Analytics is simple. It comes by default when you have your setup done. If you haven't done it yet go to Add Ecommerce Tracking - Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager first.
Track your promotions
To track your promotions all you have to do is add a unique id inside the promotion you want to track.
Then when ever a purchase is made you will see it show in your Google Analtics like the below.
