Setting up live chat on your site it not only a great way for your customers to communicate with you, but a great way for you to help, guide and promote products to your customers while they're still on site.

Even if you have set up fantastic content pages and have great product detail & images your customer will always have more questions. Being able to provide them with instant answers via a live chat is bonus PLUS it will keep them happy.
If you can help a customer in a live chat session, they are much more likely to complete the purchase than if they had to wait for the return of an email, probably already moving on to a different store.
Quite often the live chat dashboard gives you visibility of the page the customer is viewing too!
With all this in mind, how can we set one up?
A quick search on the web will return many results for different live chat clients. Some will be free, with some being chargeable depending on number of users, or even chats per day. You'll want to do a little research before decide on which one to choose.
Your chosen live chat provider will issue you with some code (normally HTML or Script) and advise which section of the site to add it too. All you need to do is copy and paste this code into the correct section and you'll be good to go! (if you need help with this - just ask us!)

Navigate to your EvoX Admin Screen and go to Appearance > Theme Options. Then paste the code into the Footer Block
