Sometimes it's really easy for a user to forget their password, especially now where it's more important than ever to be secure and use different passwords across different sites.
Thankfully, we've also made it super easy for a password to be changed and reset! π
There are a couple of ways it can be done.
Method 1
Your customer can self-serve by clicking on the Sign In page. From here, they'll be able to click the 'Forgot Password' link and follow the steps.
Method 2
You can reset the password for them. To do this, just drop into your admin panel and select Customers > All Users and search for the user in question, now click on the 'edit' icon.
Next, simply slide the 'reset user password' toggle and the store will auto generate a new password for them (you can override the auto generated password if needed). You can also choose to automatically send them an email if required.
That's it, job done!
