EvolutionX and DDMS integrated stores have unique credit card flows described in this article.

Orders paid by Credit Card from EvolutionX to DDMSPLUS?

When a customer places a credit card order through EvolutionX, the card is safely stored and sent to DDMS which is responsible for charging the value of the order as it's invoiced.

Order Payment in Checkout

  1. EvolutionX tokenizes the customer’s credit card information. A 1 cent pre-authorization allows for a CVV check but the order value is not charged.

  2. EvolutionX securely passes the tokenized card information to DDMSPLUS along with the order information.

  3. DDMSPLUS processes the credit card order through NET1 as it invoices the order, and this is the step that charges the card for the value of the invoice.

How Are Invoices Paid Through EvolutionX Processed?

Invoice payments made through EvolutionX follow a separate process. The payment is completed directly from EvolutionX to NET1. After the payment is successfully processed, EvolutionX sends an API call to DDMSPLUS to notify the ERP system that the invoice has been paid.

Payment Flow Examples

This allows DDMSPLUS to update its records without processing the invoice payment again.
