AI Agent: Export Admin reports

No more clicking through Exports screens. Just ask, in plain language, for the report you need, "Export all orders from last month" or "Customer list with contract pricing", and the AI Agent finds the right report.

Ask the AI Agent to queue CSV exports from EvolutionX Admin — the same reports you can run manually under Exports, but initiated from chat.

Describe what you need in everyday language (“Export all orders from last month” or “Customer list with contract pricing”). The agent matches your request to the appropriate Admin report, applies date or filter parameters when needed, and queues the export.

Where to find the file

Completed exports appear in Admin under Exports (same location as manually queued reports). Download the CSV when processing finishes.

Large exports may take a few minutes. The agent should confirm which report was queued; check Exports for status if you do not see a file immediately.

What reports are available

The export tool covers dozens of Admin reports, grouped by area such as:

  • Pricing and contracts

  • Customers and users

  • Products and catalog

  • Orders and sales

  • Quicklists

  • Shipping

Exact report names vary by store configuration. If the agent cannot match your wording to a report, try the report label you see in Admin Exports or narrow the date range.

Permissions

Your user must have Admin access that covers the underlying data:

  • Customer, order, and catalog permissions are required for the AI export tool (in addition to the store pre-release flag below).

Users without those permissions should use manual exports or ask an authorized colleague.

Confirmation and safety

Exports can contain sensitive business data. The agent uses the same confirmation intent pattern as other high-impact tools — approve the export when prompted, and store files according to your company’s data handling policy.
