Step-by-step guide: How to copy a user
In the EvolutionX admin screen, go to Customers > Accounts and select the correct account.
From the users list:
Find the user you want to copy.
Select Copy from the user action menu, or open the user record and select the Copy button.

The Copy User modal will open
Enter the new user details:
Name - optional
Email - optional, must be unique unless a username is used.
Username - optional
Password - optional
Note: If no name, email address or username is entered, the system will copy the original value and append _COPY
Select Copy User to confirm.
The new user will be created with a new user ID and with the settings from the original user. The password is marked as temporary, and the seller reference is cleared. The user will need to choose a new password when they first log in.
What settings are copied?
The new user will inherit key configuration settings from the source user, including:
Address restrictions
Cost centre restrictions
Account restrictions
Other account access
Quick list permissions
Pricing
Max grab settings
Can I copy users across accounts?
The copying of a user from one account to another is not supported.
