Order Compiled View

What is the Order Compiled View?

The Order Compiled View lets you see all deliveries from a single order in one place.

Some ERP systems (like TIMS or DDMS) split one order into multiple deliveries. This feature groups them together so you can view the full order more easily.

Why use it?

When orders are split, they appear as separate entries, making it harder to understand the full order.

With this feature, you can:

  • View the complete order in one place

  • Reduce the number of clicks

👍 Important: This is a pre-release feature and must be enabled for your store by EvolutionX staff. Please ask our team to add the appropriate pre-release for your ERP:

  • tims-evox-ord-vw

  • ddms-evox-ord-vw

How to manage it

This feature is enabled by default.

If you want to turn it off, go to the App screen and enable the “Disable Compiled Order View” toggle.

How it works

Toggle OFF (default):

  • The Combined Order View is active

  • Orders with the same Web Order ID are grouped together

  • The list shows one row per order

  • Clicking the order opens a compiled view with all deliveries

Toggle ON:

  • The Combined Order View is disabled

  • Each delivery appears as a separate order

Storefront behavior with the toggle ON

Orders grid

The Web Order number becomes clickable. If the order contains backorders, clicking it opens the compiled order view.

Order Details view

If the order contains backorders, the compiled order view is displayed. In this case, a “Combined Order View” button will appear at the top of the page.

Once you click in the "Combined Order", you will be able to see a full breakdown of all associated backorders and deliveries in one place.
