When editing a product, a dedicated shipping section is now available. Here, users can manually trigger AI predictions to generate missing logistics attributes for the product. This allows you to review and validate the AI-generated data, ensuring accuracy before the product is available for checkout. This manual process gives you full control over the product information while still benefiting from the AI’s predictive capabilities.

The second context is during checkout. When a product is missing key logistics data required for shipping calculations, such as dimensions, weight, or pallet requirements, the system automatically generates these AI attributes on the fly as shipping options are being loaded. This ensures that real-time shipping rates and delivery options are more accurate, even if some product data was previously missing.

Yes. The EvolutionX Logistics application must be installed and fully configured for the integration to work. You also need the proper access permissions in the Admin App Store and a valid API key from the Logistics application. Without these prerequisites, the integration cannot retrieve real-time shipping options or communicate order information back to the Logistics app.

Yes. While the system generates logistics attributes automatically using AI, you have the ability to override these values manually via the storefront overlay. Any manual override will take priority over AI-generated data. We recommend performing any necessary corrections through the storefront override section, as this ensures the changes are properly applied and consistent across checkout and shipping calculations.
