This guide walks you through the setup process to ensure an easy and protected login experience.

EvolutionX Admin login is moving to the ECI Identity for security reasons. When this migration is fully complete it provides enhanced security for your user account and a single account to access many ECI products and services.

Transition Period and Entering Email Address Twice

During the transition period some users will use the old login and some will use the new ECI Identity login. During this period the email address will be entered twice in some cases when users have adopted the ECI Identity login, but this will end soon after all users have been migrated.

First Time Setup of ECI Identity Login

When you are invited by staff to setup your ECI Identity Login you will receive an email confirming your enrolment to ECI Identity. It will include instructions to start your password reset process which is the first step to setting up your new login.

  1. Receive an email from ECI Identity staff confirming enrolment to your new ECI Identity login.

  2. Reset your password on your new ECI Identity login.

  3. Use your new login to access EvolutionX Admin.

Adding Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to your ECI Identity Login

After you reset your login, you can optionally add MFA to your account for added security. Setup and management of your ECI Identity login, including password resets and MFA setup can be done by clicking the ECI Identity link from the Admin screen menu or using this link: https://myaccount.us.ecisolutions.com/.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How can I switch between stores in the Admin platform?

If you have access to more than one store, you can switch between them using the store selector dropdown located in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

However, please note:

  • You can only switch between stores within the same region using this dropdown.

  • If you have access to a store in a different region, you’ll need to log in separately through a store that belongs to that region.

What if Admin user have a shared login and terminal / computer?

In a shared terminal environment where all users log in using a single shared profile, using Google Authenticator can be streamlined by leveraging a browser extension-based authenticator.

Since all users share the same login and require access to the same 2FA token, the browser extension can store and manage the common token centrally within the shared browser profile. This allows any user on the terminal to complete two-factor authentication as needed, without requiring individual devices or authenticator setups.
